PLease find the answers below: #1: The demo menu is default that does not import. if it imports (with random links that won't function) it does not work like it should. You have to create your own menus and validate the links. Here is tutorial:

For this problem http://prntscr.com/mjgjs8. this is a database issue and we cant access database by using your wp-admin. for that we will need your ftp or cpanel credentials. I hope i made my point clear. I am sure its your webhost while they were modifying they have done something wrong accidentally. You do not need to worry. Please share your ftp or cpanel credentials in a private reply so that i can look into this matter asap.Once we get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.

For more info: ZipArchive need to be enable What kind of hosting do you have? Do you have a shared linux host, and have access to cPanel?
If so, you should be able to do this yourself. Just log in to your cPanel, and click on the icon labeled "PHP PEAR Packages" (in the Software section). Next, in the search box (underneath the "Find a PHP Extensions and Applications Package" heading, type in "zip" and click the Go button. On the next page, you should see a listing for Archive_Zip - simply click on the Install link on the right hand side. let me know if this helps.February 14, 2019 at 7:37 pm #196826tatorosasParticipantHello, I already installed the ZipArchive, let me know if you can do it know.February 15, 2019 at 7:00 am #196881loganMemberHello, No it is not activated. here it comes : http://prntscr.com/mlcs59 Anyways It took almost half an hour to create new slider for you. it is visible now. this is just an example. you can edit this in layer slider and add more functionality as per your desires.
