However, I run into the following problem: When I start the site, a menu appears briefly, but that disappears very quickly and thanks to the message set menus in the admin panel. If a menu remains and I click on a page, the menu disappears and I get the message 404 page not found. If the page remains and I want to log out, a message will appear: Are you sure you want to log out? And clicking yes shows that you are not logged out. Do you have a reason for this?March 30, 2021 at 10:32 am #349361DianaParticipantPlease share a screen recording so I can replicate in the same manner and will resolve on your siteMarch 30, 2021 at 12:20 pm #349394Huib CroonParticipantDiana, sorry for the inconvenience, butthe problem with the menu's is solved. My college did some trying. But the result is the following: When he logs in he gets the page https://photos.app.goo.gl/1Dq7QwuC65JrCGTB9 And he likes to be directed to the following page: https://photos.app.goo.gl/oT6ByioCN4rHwokw7 We would also like to know where the settings are to change this. Last question is why users in the backend stil are seen as online while they have been logged out some time before. The user CroonHenny was logged out on the frontend. I hope we haven't caused too much confusion with this. If you want to go to the backsite all the details are the sameMarch 30, 2021 at 12:52 pm #349414Huib CroonParticipantJust a question from the person who made all the instructions and lessons. They are made in Elementor and not in Vide editor. Is that a problem?March 30, 2021 at 1:15 pm #349434Huib CroonParticipantYet another message from the user: I created the whole course with elementor. Now I read the following response on WPLMS: “you can’t create units with Elementor because in v4 we introduced our own editor known as “vibe editor” and that editor have controls (vibebp profile menu > courses menu > manage course > edit) You can use only that editor to sstyle your units because that styling will be render when you access the course”. Where can I find the vibe editor in the backend and the editor controls? Should I install a plugin for this? My course includes 287 units. That’s quite a lot to change manually. Are there some other options to solve this problem?March 31, 2021 at 1:10 pm #349781DianaParticipantDear User, It is a request to not post too frequently on same topic with different set of issues, it will create a lot of confusion, create a separate topic for new set of queries I am answering the questions asked in the first post Point 1: When he logs in he gets the page https://photos.app.goo.gl/1Dq7QwuC65JrCGTB9 And he likes to be directed to the following page: https://photos.app.goo.gl/oT6ByioCN4rHwokw7 We would also like to know where the settings are to change this. ---> You can enable "Buddypress On single page" setting, so whenever user login he will be redirected to members area. Right now, we don't have any functionality to redirect users to a particular tab Point 2: why users in the backend stil are seen as online while they have been logged out some time before. ---> Handled by Buddypress, it shows online and offline based on timestamp value, this is internally handled by BBuddypress and we are not doing anything in thatApril 8, 2021 at 3:02 pm #351422Huib CroonParticipantI enabled the option "Buddypress on single page"in VibeBP settings. The problem is still there. I would like tot be redirected to the members directory as shown below. https://photos.app.goo.gl/oT6ByioCN4rHwokw7 And this is what i see: https://photos.app.goo.gl/UdyJNHw1cjEUTdmA6April 10, 2021 at 5:59 am #351667DianaParticipantAfter enabling Buddypress on Single page, the issue of redirection will be resolved. Which was "After login, we redirect to profile first and then on dashboard, what should we do" The above method is for that, but redirecting it on a particular page is not available right nowApril 12, 2021 at 8:34 am #351908Huib CroonParticipantHello Diana, After login i would like users to be redirected to the dashboard. I assume that is the environment i have seen earlier (see link). https://photos.app.goo.gl/oT6ByioCN4rHwokw7April 12, 2021 at 10:39 am #351938DianaParticipantSir, I mentioned the solution above: https://docs.wplms.io/administrator-guide/step-by-step-guide-for-administrators/buddypress-single-page You need to follow that, and as soon as user add details, you will be redirected to the dashboard
