    hi it was caching issue the user is logged in properly http://prntscr.com/239rbno or you can check like this http://prntscr.com/239rco5 if the same error appears then it means user is logged in

    hi the delay in reply is due to support holiday thanks for the video yes it is clearly shown in your video that this is a cache issue delete the cache on your site and deactivate the cache plugin empty cache and hard reload the page and then check it will resolve
