The user can not login to my site and does not receive any activation email even if I active the user from the dashboard the user cannot login and receive an error message that EMAIL OR PASSWORD NOT VALID

Please check the Email FAQs in documentation : https://docs.wplms.io There are many solutions pasted. Let me know if none worked.
