January 25, 2016 at 4:12 pm #20887carlito944SpectatorHi I recently upgraded to 2.0 and now the login link does not work. I have tried all the different options in the customizer but none work. Can you please let me know how to fix this asap as clients are currently not able to access the site. Regards Chris http://www.winmoreinstructions.comJanuary 25, 2016 at 10:31 pm #21006szmaragdSpectatorThe same. My students paid for courses and are not able to take a part. What should I do to enable logging in? I also am not able to log in as an administrator :(January 25, 2016 at 10:44 pm #21018szmaragdSpectatorI see that not only login does not work, but editing course to. #login #create #description etc. added at the end of the link. What is going on?January 25, 2016 at 11:38 pm #21031carlito944Spectatorit may be W3 supercache. Disabled it now login is working... But It was fine with W3 beforeJanuary 26, 2016 at 5:50 am #21096szmaragdSpectatorI have no any cache plugins. Only Jetpack from third-party plugins and still does not work. Not only login, but editing course etc.January 26, 2016 at 6:37 am #21105szmaragdSpectatorwww.spdszkolenia.pl - the page is only visible, but completely unfunctional :( No login possibility (only from wp-admin), no cretate or modify course possibility etc. Any third party plugins disabled, browser cache cleaned, I have no ide what to doJanuary 26, 2016 at 7:27 am #21106sandyMemberServer cache needs to be cleared. Most of the cases we're seeing are related to server side cache or permalinks. If the login popup does not open it could be because of javascript error. refer link on how to identify javascript error Js errors can arises due to outdated copies of javascript cached within the browser. Which is why it is important to clear browser cache. @szmaragd : In your case, the issue arises because of js error. And it arises because Vibe Course module is not updated in your site. refer : http://spdszkolenia.pl/wp-content/plugins/vibe-course-module/changelog.txt Vibe Course module in your site is still in 1.9.8.x version whereas the latest version is 2.0 As the above notification (in blue) suggests, once you update to 2.0 you need to update the whole package, that is WPLMs theme, Vibe Course module, Vibe Custom types, Vibe Shortcodes, WPLMS Assignments, WPLMS Eventon, WPLMS Front End, WPLMS Dashboard all the above plugins should be in version 2.0 to avoid any issues. Simply go to WP Admin - Dashboard- Updates section and update the remaining plugins to resolve your issues.January 26, 2016 at 8:10 am #21119javathinkerSpectatorSupport, I am also having the same issue with the 2.0 update, namely the login in the navigation bar not working and the encounter some js error (I firmly believe) which has caused the home page to display differently. I have checked all the plugin version after update are 2.0 except for wplms events which I receive no update and has been disabled and remains at 1.9.8 My site is located at http://ude.education Can I reinstall the theme without losing all the data and wplms setting? Option 2, to fix this js error, all the plugin shows the correct version already, where did it go wrong?January 26, 2016 at 9:05 am #21138sandyMember@javathinker : Your WPLMS theme is still in version 1.9.4 whereas your plugins are updated to 2.0 Please update the main WPLMS theme.January 26, 2016 at 9:06 am #21139sandyMemberThere is no need to install re-install the theme. First thing you should do is contact us, and do not panic. The above notification in blue will resolve most of your issues.January 26, 2016 at 1:53 pm #21211szmaragdSpectatorThank you. Updating Vibe course module and other plugins helped. Now I have only a problem with the administrator bar in the course sidebar (there is blank page after clicking and no possibility to add students to course, extend subscription etc., bu it is less urgent form me. Thank you very much for help and supportJanuary 26, 2016 at 1:59 pm #21213sandyMember@szmaragd : This happens because of unsaved permalinks. Please go to WP Admin - Settings - Permalinks and click save.January 26, 2016 at 2:32 pm #21221szmaragdSpectatorUhh. Thank you again. Saving permalinks helped Administrator Bar to run properly. Forgive me my panic, but I have a lot of students on different courses and I worried they have no possibility to take their lessons.January 26, 2016 at 2:42 pm #21224cornelmarcuSpectatorHy everyone, After update to 2.0 (congrats for the work) i have this issue: My top menu not show - use in Modern Theme.
