Menus on a mobile devices

Instead of showing the menus on a mobile device (menus are active on laptops) I'm getting the imperative to 'Setup Menus in Admin Panel.'  Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

Please note that the mobile menu only shows if the resolution of the screen is less than 993 px in width . To set up the mobile menu please goto wp-admin -> appearance ->menus . Select mobile menu to add . Add the items and save the menu. Refer :  http://i.imgur.com/fISQ2gH.png
