Missing Security – Popup Login in Chrome

Hello, I am getting the "Missing Security" message when trying to login via the Login Popup. I have cleared the browser cache, cleared the server cache, enabled and disabled redirect pages, disabled Ajax login, etc. However, this is still an issue. Users cannot log in via Chrome browser no matter how much I clear the caches or adjust settings. Can someone assist with figuring out this "Missing Security" in Chrome browser?

@shanekeller Please try to follow this tutorial step by step for the complete setup of phone authentication. If you already did the setup then please see this tutorial step by step and try to find the problem.
