Please provide us screenshots with arrows to depict your exact issues.March 31, 2017 at 4:39 am #104044AussieBrokersSpectatorPrevious support reply suggested that we disable FULL WIDTH on our site's header BUT we can't do that since we want to retain the layout design that we have now so I am asking for assistance on how we could fix the mobile navigation error. please see attached image, slider overlaps the navigation menu. need to fix it without disabling the full width slider. http://prnt.sc/eqltcxMarch 31, 2017 at 7:12 am #104074Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.March 31, 2017 at 7:16 am #104077AussieBrokersSpectatorHi, can you please try scrolling down then see if the menu is still viewable? may I know what mobile phone you're using? We tested on different iphones but the issue were there Thanks!March 31, 2017 at 7:53 am #104087Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantYes, this is an issue as of now. You need to disable full width setting in your layer slider, refer: http://prntscr.com/epiz5cMarch 31, 2017 at 7:57 am #104089AussieBrokersSpectatorcan you please read the previous messages on this thread? We are looking for other solution since we DON'T want to disable the full width setting of the slider.. we want a full width slider on our layout that doesn't overlap the menu. is there no css code for that?April 1, 2017 at 12:48 pm #104293Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantYes, this is a safari bug. We need more time to resolve this issue.April 2, 2017 at 11:03 pm #104399AussieBrokersSpectatorerror also happens in android devices and chrome on apple. hope you could test it on your end and give us a solution asap since out site is already live. thanks!April 3, 2017 at 11:46 am #104503Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantGo to wp-admin->appearance->customiser->add custom CSS-> add these lines and save. .pagesidebar {z-index:999999 !important;} .tp-bgimg.defaultimg {width:60% !important}April 6, 2017 at 12:34 am #105177AussieBrokersSpectatorcode is not also working, please see attached images. http://prnt.sc/esz3y0April 6, 2017 at 7:39 am #105225Skywalker [ ex VibeThemes]ParticipantWell i have added the css on your site. Please check again. As i am unable to replicate this issue on your site anymore.April 6, 2017 at 8:11 am #105240AussieBrokersSpectatordid you check it on mobile? did you turn on the slider for mobile settings before adding the code? Currently slider revolution is off for mobile so the error will not happen when you check it. I checked it now using a mobile device and the navigation disappeared. please check on the slider settings before configuring anything and check on an actual mobile phone. Thanks!
