This issue has been resolved in the latest update of wplms 2.1, so please update the wplms theme and all its plugins to latest version i.e. 2.1 and then check.

I dispose of WP v. 4.5.2. and WPLMS v. 2.1 and I keep having the same problem.   Since the last update, the label sometimes appear filter but still apply.   Install the "Demo content Skin 2" plugin, not if it affect.   Attachment the photography that displays as "active filters" appear the filters but the platform courses shows payment

I am unable to replicate the issue with the latest wplms 2.1 version, please refer the video: http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cD13imi0eI Please make sure the wplms theme and plugins are updated to 2.1 version and try clearing the browser cache. If the issue persists with 2.1, then please share the site url and the admin credentials with us to check the issue on your website. PS: Please mark your reply as private while sharing the credentials.
