    Okay this is fixed at your website now ,please check and confirm . The issue was appearing because there were users deleted in your setup resulting in uneven count of usermeta umeta_id field . We have fixed that now please check it now .

    Thanks Alex after we will finish this in the test website how will apply it to our main website ? is you must do the same modification in our database again ?

    yes you have to run the sync on the main website again to avoid any conflicts in migrating the database but first check this on test site check if students are showing their course status is correct or not before pushing to live .

    Hi Alex today for more than 45 day no any final solution , i don't know why ?? i re install a fresh copy mirror from my website again and copy your plugin after all your modification and now no any response just say  Sync Now  Starting ... please be more honestly with me can i get a permanent and final solution or no ??

    Please try replacing the " bp-course-template.php  " file in your wp-content/plugins/vibe-course-module/includes folder with bp-course-template.php file given in this zipped file : https://wplms.io/support/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/bp-course-template.php_.zip

    Well this is brand new issue which you are getting here now with the plugin .Its a different bug . Please share your site url and admin credentials again along with cpanel creds to check the issue . Please also share on which page you are getting this error.

    i have send to you the new credentials again and i copy to you the error and you can run with your self the Sync will see it's will not work and if you check the error log will see the errors

    Well that sync is not working because there is no user data left to match .   can you create a new copy  of your main site to test as on your main site all data is mappe I checked the table in which usermeta is mapped . If you see the blog_usermeta_map table you will find the values there .
