    Hi, I am unable to save the configuration of my Vibe BP setting page. I disabled all the other plugins to try to locate what is blocking the saving of the Vibe Bp page this in order to save some configurations, the save successful message is displayed in green but checking this page it still stays with previous configurations. Please how to fix this issue?

    hi please activate the latest version of the theme and then check if didn't work then give us permission to deactivate the plugins

    hi almost two weeks ago our database had some issues so no users' replies were save that's why you haven't got any reply but now as you have reposted on this topic it is visible to us just checked on your site plugins are updated but the theme is not so please update that too

    hi "a message indicates that the backup was successful" can you please let us know where you are getting this as i am not able to see it and also this issue is not faced by any user nor on our local as well this can be third party plugins issue try to deactivate them
