MyCred points and history are not showing on my BurryPress single page

Hi team support, when a user connects to their profile via BuddyPress Single page and clicks on the Points button to see their history and MyCred points nothing is displayed and this page remains blank, while the other menus of the profile are displayed correctly ( see screenshot https://prnt.sc/1203b3i )
