    The form overlaps and it looks to be shortcode so I haven't been able to figure out how to edit it.

    Hi, I created a new register page and pasted shortcode from lms>>settings>> registration form https://prntscr.com/103le8d https://prntscr.com/103lbmn It has no duplicate items. Please try adding shortcode again .
