I have noticed this since last 4 month, that I am not recveiving any notification from wplms.io/support/
This input is always checked - Notify me of follow-up replies via email.
No email found in spam or anywhere.
Can you please why it is happening. & fix it.
So I can receive update on mail whenever you reply to my tickets.
