Hey I like your themes and opportunities but we have a problem. For example we wanted to use Modern Theme but we couldn' t find in the theme. we said ok no problem we can use demo 2. But in the setup some plug ins couldn't be sucsess. Us website doesn't work. Only Two blue balls are turning when we try to enter. I can see web sites  in the admin panel but i can't see the menu. photo Websites

@muzikademi The default step which we follow to setup modern theme using setup wizard. The same practise will not be done for modern theme You have to follow this: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/modern-theme/ using One Click Setup. If you find it difficult then we can do this for you

Actually i understood why we can' t see the menu. Because background doesn't work. I uploeaded new picture and it doesn't work also. 1 2

Why i cant send private message?

1.why top header is white? 2.If i click to my name doesn't open members menu. When i click to my name go to my profile. When i click to appearance> customize>Header Layouts  1 and 2 can be ok in the preview. 3.W3 total Catch isn't safety my hosting doesn't let me for active. Do you know alternative? 4.My Login and sign up pages doesn't work. 5.I can't add new courses. Because picture upload doesn't work. I can't click second step etc. 6.I can't make megamenu. Actually we want to make live course. We need to buy WPLMS Appointments i think. But we need to solve this basic problems. If possible i need to talk to you.

Hello User, As you are not sharing your admin credentials, that's why I can not check all of the issues of your website. But still, I'm trying to fix these.

1. put this code in customizer>custom CSS, div#headertop {

background-color: #302923 !important; } 2. I can't check this without login 3. You can use WP Super Cache 4. Because you are getting this error, and you have so many errors in your console that's why lots of your functionality is broken. Refer: https://prnt.sc/t8aq10 5. This is also can be broken because of those js errors, need credentials to check. 6. Need credentials to check. Thank you.

The header is white because the background image is missing. We will upload the background image in your site. and everything will appear as it is. You can download this image form here : http://wplms.io/demos/modern/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/student_college.jpg We own the extended license for the image and we can distribute it to our clients under the extended license clause. dear, can you please share the exact issue? it will be grateful because i am unable to replicate and understand it with the help of previous reply so please can you explain it in detail so i can help you in more appropriate manner. and for zoom meetings no dear wee can't we can only provide support on forum/facebook/through emails. if you want faster response then create separate topic for different queries you will get faster solution thanks
