on login profile page opens and then redirects to dashboard

Hi When user logs in, it takes the user to profile page and then redirects to dashboard after few seconds. I have tried few thing after reading on forum but it is not working. can help me in this regards. Thanks

It is working if I access the page directly. But when i sign in from my sign in page, it takes me to this page domainname.com/members-directory/username/ I want my login to go to dashboard page directly. Secondly there is login popup with login via soical options, can I hide that. you help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Just one quick thing related to above issue. When i click on view message on dashboard, it takes me to https://domain.com/members-directory/username/messages/view/15/ i want the link to open something like this https://domain.com/dashboard/messages/view/15/ is it possible please? Thanks
