    Hello, Is it possible to apply first-month discount to all courses, lets say $1, and then from second-month regular price $29 will be applicable? Please let me know. Thanks!

    Wplms do not have its own pricing system, so we use woocommerce for pricing purpose. So try using woocommerce coupons for this purpose.

    Any recommended for wocommerce plugin which will allow me to charge $1 for first month and then $39 from the next?

    Because with WHMCS, it alreaady have woocommerce addon which allow to connect with the course and pricing them for specific period. Any recommended plugin which will not conflict with wplms woocomerce plugin but add first month discount feature?

    You can try using woocommerce subscription plugin.
