Optin Forms not Displaying Correctly after Update

Hi I'm using the Optin Cat plugin for my optin forms. With the latest update, my optin forms are not displaying correctly on some pages. Thanks for the links. It seems the CSS styling generated by the Optin Cat plugin is not generated in the second case. You'll need to contact plugin author for more details on this.

Hi I'm not sure how easily I can reach the author of the plugin. But the optin form has problems as long as I use visual composer to create the post/page. If I just use the inbuilt wordpress editor it would be fine. So I'm not too sure if it is an issue with the plugin. Perhaps with the new information you could give me a few suggestions. thanks.   P.S. btw everything was working fine a few days ago.
