    I've cloned my production site to a subdomian for testing purposes. I copied all html folder content and replicated the database as well. My home page is builded through WPLMS page builder , but after migration the page builder is not showing any layout configuration, as well the home page logo image was replaced by WPLMS logo. Any ideas on what could be happening?

    Hi, It seems like you didn't copy all the data of your domain to another domain. Due to which this kind of error occur. For logo issue: Go to wp-admin > WPLMS > Header > Set your Logo here and then save changes. We have site import and export feature, you can use this as well: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-site-import-and-export/

    Hi, The site export feature doesn't work. I've tried migration using a full SQL dump with no luck. Where is the data being stored in WordPress? I assume the database? If so, why does an SQL export still result in pagebuilder data being lost? Thanks.

    first of all, I request you to please create your own topic because to check your issue if we want your's admin credentials or page URL of your site then an Email sends to the person who creates this topic with your credentials either you send them as a private reply which is not good.
