Hello,

My advise would be to change the DNS server, probably try cloudflare, also check your server's nginx configuration. No amount of caching can fix the DNS issue.

We're using WP Rocket on our site and it works fine : https://gtmetrix.com/reports/wplms.io/mJkYwnTC

If your files are minified and still loading very slow then it is best to use a CDN server to speed up the loading process.

Well this does depends upon your server and number of user making request to server also . Actually each site has different site bossting techniques , we can only tell you general guidelines from which speed can be boosted . Speed mostly decreases due to js used. http://prntscr.com/o0gfb4 And also none of these are related to our theme. so we cant help you much. Please try using  wp rocket for caching issue.
