page not found & error 404

Hi I used to configure wplms somewhere to load page /page-not-found (I created this page) when error 404. Today I find that my website is very slow.  Looking at apache service, the page (/page-not-found) was loaded a lot (seems to be self redirecting or alike). From wplms menu, how can I turn off all possible redirection settings?  I would like to keep it as native 404 handling so that I can debug what's going wrong.

Hi, You can remove all unwanted 404 page by selecting none for 404 page in miscellaneous. Go to wp-admin>wplms>miscellaneous>Select 404 Page Refer : http://prntscr.com/jwpjf9

i just installed wplms and most of the links are directing me to 404 error page not found like member dashboard, member registrations . please i need help asap

Please make sure that permalinks are saved to postname form wp-admin -> settings -> permalinks . and also contact your webhost if mod rewrite is enabled on server .

i have saved permalink many times but still 404 page not found error is coming please help me out its urgent.

if mod rewrite is enabled on server . ?
