April 24, 2016 at 3:14 am #44604sidSpectatorSir, I want to set up paid online tutorial website. Please clarify my doubts related to Paid memberships pro and woo commerce, My requirements are like this,
- I want to restrict the courses (I have maximum 3 courses) to only paid members and course content is updated regularly on a daily basis and it should be accessible to the subscribers regularly
I collect payment from instamojo.com (Indian version of paypal), so I donot need checkout option powered by paypal, is there an option to disable checkout?
Can I include the instamojo page (where link is provided for payment) instead of checkout for payments in the process to get payment
- is it possible to manage paid subscribers, i.e. power to activate or delete subscribers and sending username and password manually for accessing the course.
Even, option to generate username and password to paid subscribers (in the backend) without asking them to register is good. Since, I am using instamojo.com for receiving payments, we will get the details of the subscribers.
How to integrate the login of paidmemberships pro for the subscribers (or woocommerce) to the login option provided in the theme's top-menu bar.
Also I need my free content accessible to all without any restriction.
is this plug in Woocommerce instamojo plugin compatible with the theme,
Sir, please suggest the plugin for the following requirements, is paid memberships pro good for my requirement or Woo commerce. Please, guide me how to do this set up through step by step process., Please treat this as urgent, Hope you will help me in this regard,

You can connect same pmpro membership level for this for these three courses so that user can buy this membership level and get access to all three courses . 2. & 6. You can simply use Woocommerce instamojo plugin plugin for this .It is compatible with woocommerce and wplms does not interfere in payments system in woocommerce. 3. & 4. Well this includes in wordpress itself . you can create delete users from wp-admin -> users and can add users in course though course admin . refer : http://prntscr.com/awiww6 5. Note that user can login anywhere in the site .There will be one user created whether she purchases course thright membership or woocommerce . 7. Well for that you can create custom section in course with the help of a plugin that we created : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-course-custom-nav-plugin/ 8. You can use both in wplms . refer : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zXJzcyfUXY Courses access will be given in both cases . But the commissions is supported only in woocommerce .April 25, 2016 at 3:04 pm #44785sidSpectatorSir, Please clarify the following doubts, 1. Is Woocommerce a free plugin or paid one? 2. is woocommerce itself sufficient to manage the membership, payment collection - If I use Woocommerce instamojo plugin, Do we really need PM pro along with woocommerce, since I heard that PMpro is heavy plugin which may slow down the website a bit. Please suggest me in this. Because, I donot want to duplicate the issues, if Woocommerce does the job, I dont use PMPro. Please suggest me in this. 3. Does Woocommerce enough for this kind of course - like, Once I create a course, I need to update the course on a daily basis by uploading new videos as part of the course. Is Woocommerce, compatible with such process, can subscribers still be able to access the updated content with one time subscription for the course initially (Course runs for 8 months, material will be updated regularly, But, payment received only once) or do I need to take the assistance of PM pro? 4. Can we redirect PMPro payment check out gateway to Woocommerceinstamojo page. Since, Paypal does not work with most of the Indian students. Please guide me in these. Regards,April 26, 2016 at 7:19 am #44877Anshuman SahuKeymaster1. It is free . 2. Yep it is sufficient for subscription also. You can enable disable subscription while creating pricing option in create/edit course. refer : http://prntscr.com/awy43n 3. Once the access given after purchase ,user will have access to all the content that was added and content that will be added . 4. Since woocommerce can handle subscription you may not use pmpro . It is up to you to select the pmpro if you like a membership like system in your site . If you just want subscriptions in your courses and nothing more then woocommerce is enough . -
