Hello, we are having issues for not getting updates on custome learning path and batch plugins that we purchased while ago and now we are testing to move to version 4.3. I tried to use my ID and email both didn't work. How should we proceed? we have the license for both plugins. In our test environment we need new plugins to test the feature with our paid versions We tried trial but we want to use paid version to replace our changes. Thanks Dani

hi if its not production the you can use the newly downloaded version in test environment , however when it comes to production you will need to use the license by deactivating license on old site and continuing on new site
