Password Reset issue

I have some users saying they're not able to reset their password. Usually, they will receive an email with a link to reset. But the email contains no link to reset. Can you please advise. http://prntscr.com/dfma6s As you can see, the url link to reset is not visible. Thank you!

Okay please make sure that wplms html email templates are disabled . If you want to use the wplms html templates then please make sure that your forget password email content has {{forgetlink}} . refer : http://prntscr.com/dg0na2 If above does not helps then please share your site url and admin credentials to check the issue at your end .
