Hi, I'm using the post grid item on a site that I am building, it has been working in the past but now the post grid item only show if you are logged out and not logged in. If you do login they disappear https://i.imgsafe.org/e68e39b0a7.png? The support team at visual composer had a look into this for me and sent me this message...
The issue is because there is a Visual Composer related code present in your theme added by the theme author. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Kindly check.
Any ideas?Well they are totally wrong here .wplms does not modify any thing in visual composer on pages . We just adds support for visual composer plugin to make it work on course status page but that code only works on course status page and it just applies visual composer's functions . We had similar experience from their support as well . Still if you want we can try disabling the code to check if the issue is really coming from theme .For this please share your wp-admin credentials and site url in private reply . PS: still I would say it is not from themeWell I just checked this on my test site and found the post grid to be working fine please check : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbVqoOQHBx this confirms that the issue is site specific and it is appearing due to either third party plugin or visual composer itself . so please simply deactivate all your third party plugins for once .
