Print button doesn't work – blank page

Hi, the print button on my website is not working. My students are trying to print a unit but when they hit the print button at the top it shows a blank page See video: https://youtu.be/t5PhP2xdCKk can you help me figure out how to get the print button to work? It shows this same blank page for both quiz results and units Thanks!

First of all apologies for the late response . I looked into this issue and found out that this isue was not appearing in mozilla firefox : http://prntscr.com/eimxpl  . It only appears in chrome . Also it is working fine in my test setup : check : http://prntscr.com/ein06g .this issue seems to be site specific or most probably connected with a third party plugin . So please try deactivating all your third party plugins at once and again check this out .
