Problem with quiz not giving marks for correct answers

Hi, I created a quiz but the system is not recognising the correct answers.   Please could you help with this? I checked the forums, and did need to change the comments settings to make sure they were correct.  Could this be the reason? Also, I have tried to retake the quiz and it won't allow me to do so, and I have set it up o that retakes are possible.  Please could you tell me about any non obvious settings I may have missed?
