March 13, 2021 at 12:47 pm #345908UsapukaSpectatorHello, I have noticed that when I enable BP sigle page, on the PC I no longer see the icons of the Elementor pages. By disabling BP single page I can see the icons of the Elementor pages on the PC again. By enabling the Services Workers (PWA), the mobile phone does not show the Elementor icons as well as the icons in the courses made in H5P and SCORM packages (https://prnt.sc/10jpsbo). If I disable the Services Workers, although the icons are visible again on the mobile phone, the visualisation of the courses is almost impossible. Keeping the Services Workers, I tried to pre-cache the URL of the folder of an icon (https://elearning.tecnobiz.com.ar/wp-content/uploads/h5p//libraries/FontAwesome-4.5/) and it didn't work (https://prnt.sc/10jpu4k). I also find that fetching and pre-caching each icon folder URL for each SCORM and H5P course package is a very cumbersome job (if it would work). Is there a simple way to use the Services Workers (PWA) and display all the icons on mobile phones? Thanks, regards.March 15, 2021 at 6:22 am #346038DianaParticipantPlease check this tip: https://docs.wplms.io/admin-guide-faqs#elementor-and-other-icons-go-missing-when-pwa-enabledMarch 15, 2021 at 2:45 pm #346203UsapukaSpectatorHi Diana, I have opened this item after having raised the icon issue here: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/visual-problems-on-smartphones/. I have already followed these tips: https://docs.wplms.io/admin-guide-faqs#elementor-and-other-icons-go-missing-when-pwa-enabled. In addition to placing the URL for the H5P course icon I have placed in pre-cache the URL https://elearning.tecnobiz.com.ar/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/font-awesome/webfonts/ corresponding to these Elementor icons https://prnt.sc/10mf8lu. Neither for H5P or Elementor the pre-cache makes the icons to be seen. On the other hand I still think that if for each Elementor icon and the icons of H5p / SCORM courses you have to load the URL of the folder that contains them, is something very laborious. Is not there an easier solution and that really works? I have added another Elementor icon with no problem. Where I can't get the icons to show is the course SCORM Unit https://elearning.tecnobiz.com.ar/course/tipo-de-material/. How can it be done in this case? Thanks, regards.March 19, 2021 at 10:04 am #347256DianaParticipantAdd the URL of .woff fileMarch 19, 2021 at 11:11 am #347276UsapukaSpectatorOk, thanks Diana.March 19, 2021 at 12:30 pm #347310UsapukaSpectatorHaving to place the link to the icons in the pre cache is a problem for Instructors who only develop courses and do not know about these more technical aspects. Have you considered for the future to solve the problem of displaying the icons on cell phones in a more automatic way?March 20, 2021 at 11:25 am #347522DianaParticipantThey do not have to do it at all. Only you as site administrator have to do it once and it will work for all instructors.March 20, 2021 at 5:44 pm #347583UsapukaSpectatorHi Diana, Maybe I am doing something wrong, but from what I have seen in the SCORM course developed with Rise the icons are in a course specific folder (https://elearning.tecnobiz.com.ar/wp-content/uploads/package_uploads/manejo-del-estres-scorm/scormcontent/lib/fonts/icomoon.woff), if so, for each course you would have to place the URL of the icons in the pre-cache. If so, the icons would not be shared between courses and/or Instructors. Regards,March 23, 2021 at 5:25 am #347880DianaParticipantThis unit is showing scorm unit icon: https://prnt.sc/10t48do So which icon is missing? Can you please share a screenshot, because I am not able to check which ons is missing? To fix the issue
