Problem with theme installation.

When I add theme, after upload theme, I’ve received this message “The link you followed has expired.” and the theme did not upload. Could you help me to solve this issue? Thanks (I copy install file to the host and It work but I received many announcement to repair of fix in plugin) (Theme WPLMS) I've post this problem in themeforest and received replying that you can help to install this theme for me. About your issue: MINIMUM THEME REQUIREMENTS : WP Memory Limit: We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB. WP Max Upload Size:    64 MB PHP Post Max Size:    64 MB PHP Time Limit:    240 PHP Max Input Vars:    1000 Contact your web host and ask for these requirements.
