Problems installing the theme

Hi, I'm getting this message trying to upload the theme and install it through the zip-file:

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.

Can you help me troubleshoot this? Cheers Michael,

@Lindberg Ok, Please share the admin credentials with website url in a private reply. We will install the wplms theme in your site. Also please share the ftp details so that we can add the files in your file manager. Note: Set as private reply while sharing the details.

@Lindberg Dear friend, I have installed the wplms theme on your website. Now you need to update the theme and plugins to the latest version. To update the theme just follow this tutorial: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/ It is very simple to update the theme, You just need to follow the all steps.

Hi, I have problems while installing the theme. I do everything said in the video but after that I cannot see the website properly, images don't show, neihter the structure of the theme. I uninstalled and tried to install again the theme but wasn't possible. Could you help me, please? Thanks

first, I request you to please create your own topic because to check your issue if we want your's admin credentials or page URL of your site then an Email sends to the person who creates this topic with your credentials either you send them as a private reply which is not good.

Its been a days since i purchased a theme but still i am unable to install, i tried it for several times through a various videos but still cannot figure it out please help me in this regard as early as possible. Cheers Dawgyal
