Problems with automatic update 2.0.8 WPLMS

Again I can not update my theme to version 2.0.8, before you installed the zip file me from my Cpanel. I have turned my apikey for automatic updates but still can still have the option to upgrade. I even punched the button repeatedly to check again but I did not succeed. I need your support for my theme WPLMS is updated automatically without always asking for support.

Can you please share your site admin credentials and site url to check this at your end . Updates are working fine on our test and demo sites and also on other user's site . PS :mark reply as private while sharing the credentials .

I checked your site  and found that your api key and username in the getting stated field seems to be invalid . Please check this url : http://marketplace.envato.com/api/edge/yayisfit/xr927arqrujy7owk48onu6uexgn7ukap/wp-list-themes.json We use this url for validation . It returns all the themes you have purchased . Check my data and even generate new API KEY but still can not get my theme WPLMS is automatically updated. What other options do I have to solve this problem.

Checked your wp-admin and found the credentials given in the getting started in wplms options to be invalid. refer  :  http://prntscr.com/arntu6 You have to use the username by which you have purchased the wplms theme and generate api key for it . If these are not validating and your details are correct then please contact envato support for this  .
