Profile Export Data Not Working

Hi, when logged in as a Student, Instructor or Admin the Export Data button within the settings profile tab does not work. Clicking on this takes you to "yoursite"/members/"members name"/settings/data/ - but to a blank page. I cannot find reference to this in the documentation as to what should happen. I'm expecting the user can export a record of all their data? Thanks

Please update your theme and plugins to latest version. if still issue doesn't solved please reply.
