Profile Fields missing in User section in admin

hi I'm using right to left " Arabic " language on multi site installation: www.canadaacademy.net/ar/register The default register page (form) is shown empty. I tried to solve the issue using the following links from your documentation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTyHuphnJrE which suggest to go to wp-admin/Users/ profile Fields. but this option is not exist. i.e. when I go to wp-admin/Users ( it does not have what is shown in the video above at second : 00) I checked my Mulit-Site Network setting: "User accounts may be registered" it is chosen. please advise how to solve
