Progress Bar problem: The real progress is not appearing in the bar.

Hello there,   I have this problem: One student marked all the units as views. Supposedly, after that, the progress bar should be in a 100%. However the progress bar mark just 94%. Any suggestion? I attached a picture below. Thanks!

In the case mentioned before , the user Marlene Bustos presents problems in the course " Reumatología " with her ​​progress bar. Thanks for sharing the credentials. I tried to replicate the issue on your site, but I couldn't. I took the course that you shared here and marked the units complete one by one and at the end I got progressbar at 100%, refer: http://prntscr.com/avtfy4 I am still a student in the course so you can see yourself.

As i said before...there are a group of users with this problem -and no all the users-. I mentioned particulary, that the user Marlene Bustos can´t see her progress bar completed. Please can you verify it? If you can not...what can you recommend me?

All the users are not getting this issue means the function is working correctly. But few users get this issue, it could be due to following reasons: 1) The user has started the course and before finishing all the units admin/instructor has added one or more units or deleted one or more units. 2) The user has started the course and in between instructor has made changes in the unit and the unit goes from published to draft and draft to publish. 3) The same unit is added in two different courses and user is enrolled in both the courses, then she completes the unit in one course and in other course it will show completed but will not update the progress bar.   Please check if the above three could be the reason of the wrong progress bar.

Hello. The reason is mainly the first one, but maybe the second reason could happened too, theres a 3 people working with it. So how can I fix it? Do you need more information?.

To fix for the particular student, you need to go to wp-admin->LMS->settings->Admin Functions custom field for custom value and set it according to my screenshot. Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/b3v3wl
