When the customer purchases the course he login as a subscriber instead student and he is able to create courses.
When I log out and log in again nothing changes.
I cleaned the cache and made the role from the settings already.

Hi we need to check this out at your end , please share your site url and admin creds in private reply .
Meanwhile please check which role your have selected in wp-admin-> settings -> general -> default user role .
