The issue is that your server php does not have the write permission to create or write the file in the root I guess .Please contact your webhost and allow php to write and read permission in the root of your website .April 16, 2021 at 10:23 am #352860SuperDaveSpectatorKeep this open applying fix. Anyway, we raised them to the highest level of open access and the problem persists so its not a root permissions issue.
