    When a student submits a quiz, the answers the student selected are not being saved, so the results are always 0: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cqhOecToui It doesn't seem to matter the question type. The course nav is also displaying bug when you scroll all the way to the bottom (shown in the video).
