Quiz support

Is it possible to have a quiz with the multiple questions with same instructions. See the attached picture   https://imgur.com/a/AsbRg

Hi, This question type is not available in wplms as of now, however you can add the same question in different questions to make it the same way or you can use the in-course quiz which opens in the course status page itself. In the in-course quiz all the questions are shown on the single page therefore the paragraph will also be shown as a questions followed by different questions.
