RTL Registration form fields

Hello, I have a custom registration form for instructors, you can check it here: https://acadeemi.com/becoming-an-instructor/ It's in Arabic, but the form is in English, I tried to translate it from Users --> Profile Fields, but every time I changed a field name to Arabic it disappears from the form. How to solve it please? Best Regards
