    Have you installed any third party plugin or did any customization. There seems to be some code parameter in search : http://prntscr.com/8w9ruz Can you please check.

    I Deactivate all third party plugin, But still not working.   Admin Credential url: teduc.in User: cudetteduc password: cudetteduc

    We checked your site and it seems the home age search is working now  .We also checked the login form is also working . Please just resave the permalinks and check your site by clearing the browser cache  .

    After clearing cache and resaving permalinks still not working.   I tried all things what you said and also tested in three browsers but still not working.

    Please try deactivating the third party plugins in your site and check the issue again  .

    The issue was resolved by : a. Removal of Certificate Code widget from the Footer b. Disabling of WP Admin bar in WP Admin - Users - My Profile - Toolbar
