Security check Failed. Contact Administrator when starting a free course

Hello, I have a test user on my new installation.  When I sign up to take a test course that is free, as soon as I try to start course, I get, "Security check Failed. Contact Administrator". Steps to reproduce:

1.  Create new student

2.  Navigate to test course.

3.  Click on Take Course.

4.  From course status page, click on Start Course.

5.  Ends in error.

I figured out the issue. The plugin, Wordpress HTTPS, was causing the issue.  I disabled it and the site is working as expected.
