Sell Course As Complete and By Unit

Hi, I would like to sell courses as complete with all units, and sell access to a specific class/lesson/unit against payment for just that unit. Use Case Scenario: I have a course for $100, which has 4 units like Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3 and Chapter 4. Customer pays for whole course and gets access to all units in the course. But if customer is not interested and just wants to buy one Chapter lets say Chapter 4, then they should be able to buy that and when they start the course, they shouldn't be able to access Chapter 1, 2 and 3. If the headings are visible in the course page (full screen page) no issues. But access should be just for the unit/chapter paid for. Is WPLMS WooCommerce essential for this ? Also how to show these sub options like Chapter 1, 2, 3 on buy this course as popup ? Please reply urgently.
