    Hello. I have a list of images that are being resized in HTML or CSS. How can i serve scaled copies of those images? Thanks..

    Well if the images are added using the add media button of the media librarry then from wp 4.4 wordpress automatically loads the most optimized and appropriate image . For the rest you can use third party plugins available .
