2. manifest is there : https://successwell.in/manifest.json, its a false positive sometimes the pwasbuilder does that .you may try three four times until it detects .that is pwabuilder issue not ours .
3 . sorry pwa accepts only one page as offline page
You can put the register link on the login popup register button by selecting this page in wp-admin-> wplms -> buddypress-> select custom register page .
4 . child theme is also correct way but css added in customizer is saved in database and is free of any issues when you update any plugin or theme .

1 . can you share which signup form you are talking about , share some screenshot or page url if its custom registration form
2 . for this you need to setup all the firebase settings as per : https://docs.wplms.io/administrator-guide/step-by-step-guide-for-administrators/login-and-registration#configure-firebase-live-chat
note that chat module has been depreacted .
3 . well wplms wpml plugin need core WPML plugin , without it , it will lead to error . WPML is a paid plugin .our's is addon of that plugin.
4 . for mobiles we have provided different field to upload mobile logo in wp-admin-> wplms -> header .There you should upload an icon type logo for mobile , your logo is big for mobile . We can adjust it but still its not the best method .It will be best for you to upload a different mobile logo with just icon and less characters .
