Several Issues (Instructor front end, short code, chrome, ajax loading etc)

Hi, Vibe. What a great theme you have. It's very scaleable. Keep up the good work! I have some crucial issues that I can not resolved by my self. Please help me work these out.

1. Instructor front end not working, even with admin ID. Ajax keeps loading.
2. Vibe shortcode not working.
3. Suddenly blank often on Chrome browser (error msg: This site can't be reached. ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR), but no problem with Firefox.
4. Ajax often keeps loading on Start Quiz and Submit Quiz on Chrome (Firefox has no problem).
5. Is it possible to add automatic number to questions that populated in a course?
6. Is it possible to add question(s) in a unit (not quiz unit) without add it/them to a quiz but still recorded and being part of course passing grade (it would be a stand-alone question)?
7. How to add rating type question with stars icon?
8. How to change shopping basket icon to join course on mobile into Enter icon? Because my course are free. Basket icon might raise missconception to my student.
9. Social login doesn't pull/sync the profile avatar. I knew it's the third party plugin, but I am sure all the plugin setting is already correct. My current Social Login plugin sucks. But I have no choice since BP Social Connect can't redirect to the same page.

I need your help badly. If you need the credential, please let me know.

Hi, Most of your issues seems to be related to a js error, please check if you are getting some js error on your website. Also can you please share the site url and the admin credentials in a private reply with us to check the errors on your website. --------------- 5) Do you mean questions in a quiz ? If yes then yes its possible but its only available in dynamic quizzes only as the questions in dynamic quizzes are loaded through the question tags. 6) Questions can be shown in a unit using the question shortcode, refer this tip: https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/practice-quizzes-in-units/ However these questions will not be evaluated and will not be recorded in the course or the unit. This is only for practice purpose and the students can check if they answered the question correctly or not. 7) Sorry this is not available in wplms as of now. 8) I am not sure which icon you are referring to can you please share a screenshot showing that icon so I can check it. 9) I am sorry but I am not sure why its not fetching the avatar, you should try contacting the plugin author for this issue.

Hi, I checked your website and yes there are js errors on your website causing these issues. Can you please try deactivating the third party plugins and purge all cache, then check if the issue is resolved or not ? 8) Yes it can be changed, please refer this list of icons: http://fontawesome.io/icons/ Let me know which icon from these you want to show instead of the basket icon, I'll provide you the css to change the icon.

Hi, I disabled Litespeed plugin then instructor front-end issue is resolved! Thank you. But, Chrome blank page problem (issue #3) still there sometimes. I wish this could be resolved. 8) Here is the icon: sign-in https://prnt.sc/h1i6ye

Hi, 3) Can you please share more details like how can I replicate this issue . 8) Add the below css in your appearance->customize->custom css : .single-course #scroll_to_course_button .fa-shopping-basket:before {content:'\f090';} ------------- For the vibe shortcode plugin, I checked your website actually its showing the 403 error, refer: http://prntscr.com/h1sv56 This error is shown when the server restricts some files. So please check the file permissions, all the folder permission should be 755 and the files permission should be 644. Specially check the vibe shortcode plugin files, as these are not not included on your website causing the issue.

Hi, Can you please check the file permission of files under tinymce folder specially popup.php, refer: http://prntscr.com/h28032 -------------------- Also please contact your webhost for this error as the 403 error is a server error, and may be the issue is with the mod security of your webhost.
