Yes, Its right. Some time some JS files doesn't work due to minifying. Please exclude them or disable minification for those files. You can find possible minification settings here : https://code.tutsplus.com/articles/configuring-w3-total-cache-advanced-minification-settings--wp-31043 For disabling, You can find the tip in section Other Advance Settings.

We checked your site speed .It took nearly 5 seconds for server first response time . The issue is with the server itself . You would need a stronger server , server of which mysql server is strong . -
