Student login redirect stuck in betweem

Hello, my wplms is set for student redirect to "dashboard" page via LMS settings. but itnever redirects properly to the dashboard page. it is always stuck in between and all we get to see is a blank screen. all my theme and plugin files are up-to-date. Please share a solution asap. it maybe a minor bug but it is an important step in user experience.
