Take This Course Page (connection to)

Hey Support team, I tried a lot of things that I read on the forums, but after 2 full reinstalling, I need your help. I don't have any Start Course Page Template in my Pages. So I cannot connect it into the Course Manager Dashboard. So I cannot use the Front Course Builder. If I try to switch themes or install another demo, I have a lot of duplicates, but NEVER that wanted page. What is the trick ? Thanks.

EDIT: Okay. When I install the theme without any content, It works like a charm: the button appear.
