Text Editor in WPLMS panel

Hello, In WPLMS Panel, Text Editor (Header Top Content (Optional),Header Content (Optional),Copyright Text ) are not displaying. See below image.

Hello, I cleared all browsing cache and reload also but still an issue. It does not show any error. There are only a black space. You can see. I am sending my admin credentials Domain : http://teduc.in user: cudetteduc password: KACHUdixit@7410   Error in Links : http://teduc.in/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wplms_options >header http://teduc.in/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wplms_options > footer   Thanks in advance.

Can you please check if the following file exists: wplms/options/fields/editor/field_editor.php

Yes, this file is exists.

We are not able to replicate the issue .It must be a third party plugin or there maybe a  server variable causing this issue  .This is the first time we are facing this issue .Please try contacting your webhost on this .

I deactivate  all third party plugins but i face this issue. It might not be a plugin issue. and <span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;">wplms/options/fields/editor/field_editor.php</span> <span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;">This field_editor.php file is blank. Nothing in this file.</span>   <div class="bbp-meta" style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 15px; line-height: 25px;"></div>

Can you please download the field_editor.php file from the theme package and check again.
