The plugins are downgraded !!

Hello WPLMS, 19/10/15 I update about 12 plugin, and delete some others , in the next day when there is an other plugin update, all the 12 plugin that I update them are downgraded and the others that I delete are restored , this happen 3 times , and today is the forth time . Can you please help me fix this problem. note :Today I update the plugins again , when I try to update the wplms theme , the same problem happens again. Thank you

Seems to be a caching plugin issue . Please try deactivating the third party plugins specially the caching plugins . Refer : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/cache-plugin-recommended/

Alex , I try deactivating the siteground caching plugin I use , and today the problem occur again
